How do I book an appointment?
On the services page and underneath the service description, there is a button with ’REQUEST APPOINTMENT’. Please use to make an appointment request. I will then provide you with further information on bookings.
How long does a Beyond Curls Cut take?
Approximately 2-3 hours. This can vary according to hair length/density and whether you require an add-on service.
How long do I have to wait for an appointment?
My calendar shows available appointment for the following 8 weeks. If you cannot see any availability then I do not any availability for the next 8 weeks.
You may request to be placed on the waiting list via the booking system in case any cancellations pop up.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with your hair dry, down and styled as you usually would with products. Hair should be detangled and washed no more than 2 days ago.
What payment method do you accept?
Both cash & card are accepted (including American Express).
Do you cut children’s hair?
I am not currently taking on new appointments for children. My colleagues at ‘The Standard Studio’ offer children’s appointments on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Please contact them directly to book.
Do you do colouring services?
I am not currently carrying out colouring services.
Do you require deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to finalise appointment booking. Please refer to the ‘POLICIES’ page for more information.
Can you accommodate those who wear head coverings and require privacy?
I recommend booking an appointment for a Monday as this where I can have the most privacy in the studio. I also use a privacy panel at the workstation and wash basins. Please let me know if you require privacy in the booking notes when booking your appointment.
